  No!!! Stay away. My experience with this company was being screamed at because I called to question the legitimacy of the company and debt amount. Asking for reasonable proof and actual documentation of a debt is the most basic thing they are required to provide under NY law. A simple request should not warrant verbal abuse in the form of screaming, threatening and bullying. That is what happened when I asked for more information about the debt and for a bill stating the agreed upon amount. Absolutely disgusting and horrific company...in my opinion. It's like if a 4 year old Hitler with a Jersey accent decided to start a debt collection agency. Once again, this is all to the best of my recollection and in my humble opinion. I could be misremembering but I do not think I am.

  Rude, unprofessional and outright uneducated people working there. If you are not going to further your education, you can start your future working for them. They will let you answer the phones and speak to people with the worst attitude and not train you to further your career. Good luck with your future. You're better off working Home Depot, at least they have a training course before you begin working with the public. TGA is a bunch of morons!
